Legal persons - are being realized through various forms of cooperation and partnerships

All those who choose to donate funds and thus help to protect children from abuse and neglect and improve the quality of life of children and families realize tax benefits.

Individuals in accordance with the provisions of the Income Tax Act (NN 177/2004, Art. 36, Ph. 27):

"Taxpayers can increase the personal deduction for donations in the country in nature and in money credited to bank account, and in cultural, educational, scientific, health, humanitarian, sports and religious purposes to orgnizations and other persons who perform these activities in accordance with special regulations, up to 2% of receipts for which the previous year filed annual tax returns and determined the annual income tax. "

Legal persons in accordance with the provisions of the Law on Profit Tax (NN 177/2004, Art. 7, Ph 7):

"Donations (...) are considered donations in nature or money, made in the country for a cultural, scientific, educational, health, humanitarian, sports, religious, ecological and other common good purposes to organizations and other persons who perform these activities in accordance with special regulations, if they exceed 2% of revenue in the previous year. "

EXAMPLES OF DIFFERENT COOPERATION WITH LEGAL PERSONS:

Support the work of the Organization:

The company on the one time basis determines the amount of money for donation to the work of the association/organization. For this type of donation choose a company that are familiar with our work and results, that/who/which wish to contribute to the mission of the organization and who do not want to tie up for some of the programs / projects of the organization.. Funds can be donated once or in installments over time/ specific intervals.

Compaliance in the work of company and organization:

The company can contract with the Brave phone in a manner that the amount of each product sold in a certain percentage goes to program / project implementation. Such cooperation is often accompanied by media campaigns to sensitize the general public to the issues dealed by Brave phone and call for support. For example, this form of cooperation was achieved through action "Encourage abused children to speak up" conducted by Brave Phone in a collaboration with the Atlanic group in the period from 5 th March to 5 th April 2010th. During that time the Atlantic Group paid 1 kuna from every DIETPHARM brand product which was sold. This way the Atlantic Group supported providing of counselling help and support to abused and neglected children and their families.

Also, positive example of supporting Brave Phone is cooperation with company Siemens Croatia which has supported project of Brave Phone E-counseling and within provided new design and improvement of web page of Organization.
